1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect the following information only when you choose to provide it:

• Email address, when you voluntarily subscribe to the 0MN1MATE INTEL newsletter via our Socials page. Subscription requires a conscious opt-in and email confirmation. You must be 13 or older to subscribe. Your email is transmitted to and stored by Beehiiv, our newsletter platform. See Section 8 for details.
• Name and email address received as transaction confirmation when you purchase an NFT Operator Permit through PayPal. This information is provided to us by PayPal as part of their standard merchant transaction process. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking details. All payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal.
• Street address, city, and zip code, when applicable for sales tax calculation and compliance. Where required by state law, we retain this information for a minimum of 7 years for tax audit purposes. See Section 9 (Data Retention) for details.
• Digital wallet address, when you connect your wallet to the 0MN1MATE game launcher. Wallet connection is used solely to verify NFT Operator Permit ownership and grant game access. We do not have the ability to initiate transactions, sign transactions on your behalf, or access funds from your wallet.
• Name and message content submitted through our contact forms.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information through cookies and tracking technologies, including:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns
• Referring URLs and traffic sources, including social media platforms
• Interactions with embedded videos, forms, and outbound links

1.3 Game and Multiplayer Data

0MN1MATE uses a third-party game server infrastructure provider to deliver low-latency multiplayer gameplay to players worldwide. When you play the game, this provider may process:

• Your IP address, used to route you to the nearest available game server
• Session data for gameplay performance and matchmaking
• Technical connection data necessary to maintain a stable game session

Our game server infrastructure provider operates globally and may process your data in countries outside your own, including the United States and Canada. This processing is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements, which comply with GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Importantly, 0MN1MATE does not maintain user accounts. We do not collect in-game behavioral data, chat logs, or player statistics. The only game-layer identifier we associate with you is your digital wallet address and NFT token ID, used solely to verify access.

1.4 NFT Transaction and Blockchain Data

When you purchase an NFT Operator Permit, transaction data including your wallet address and token ID is recorded permanently on the Ethereum blockchain. Blockchain data is public and immutable and is not controlled by The Omnimate Company. We may record your wallet address and associated token ID in our internal systems solely to verify ownership and provide game access.

By purchasing an NFT Operator Permit, you acknowledge that blockchain transaction data is publicly visible and, due to the nature of blockchain technology, cannot be deleted or altered by us or any party. For full purchase terms, see our Terms of Use at 0mn1mate.com/terms.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

2.1 Types of Cookies We Use

• Essential Cookies: Necessary for the Site to function. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics Cookies: Used by Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized data about how visitors interact with the Site. These are only activated with your consent.
• Functional Cookies: Used to remember your preferences and improve your experience.

2.2 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. 4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or UK, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: For processing NFT Operator Permit purchases, verifying ownership, and providing game access.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with the following third-party service providers solely as necessary to operate our services:

• Google LLC — website analytics via Google Analytics 4
• PayPal — payment processing for NFT Operator Permit purchases. PayPal is an independent data controller for information it collects during payment processing. Their privacy practices are governed by the PayPal Privacy Statement at paypal.com/privacy.
• Beehiiv — email newsletter platform. Email addresses collected via newsletter signup are transmitted to and stored by Beehiiv on servers located in the United States. Beehiiv processes this data solely for the purpose of delivering newsletter communications on our behalf.
• Game server infrastructure provider — global multiplayer server routing and session management
• Website hosting provider — site deployment and content delivery
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law or legal process

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the specific purposes for which it was shared.

6. International Data Transfers

The Omnimate Company is incorporated in Delaware and operates in the United States. If you access our Site or game from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, including GDPR, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

7.1 Rights Under GDPR (EEA and UK Residents)

• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Please note that due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, wallet addresses and token IDs recorded on the Ethereum blockchain cannot be deleted by any party, including us.

• Right to Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

8. Email Communications and Newsletter

We use Beehiiv to manage the 0MN1MATE INTEL newsletter. When you subscribe via the form on our Socials page, your email address is transmitted to and stored by Beehiiv on servers located in the United States.

Subscription requires a double opt-in: after submitting your email, you will receive a confirmation email and must click the confirmation link before being added to the newsletter list. You must be 13 or older to subscribe.

We will not use your email address for any purpose other than sending communications you have explicitly consented to receive. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@0mn1mate.com. Upon unsubscribe or deletion request, your email will be removed from our active list and from Beehiiv.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law:

• Email addresses (newsletter): Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or longer if required by applicable law
• Analytics data: Retained for up to 26 months per Google Analytics 4 default settings, or as otherwise configured
• NFT wallet and token data: Retained for the duration of game operations and as required for legal compliance. Blockchain records are permanent and beyond our control.
• Transaction records (name, email, purchase amount): Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required for financial and tax compliance under US law, or longer if required by applicable law or ongoing legal proceedings
• Tax address records (street, city, zip): Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required for state sales tax audit compliance, where collected, or longer if required by applicable law

10. Children's Privacy

0MN1MATE is a droid-based shooter game designed to be appropriate for a broad audience. The game contains no blood, no human characters, and no human death — defeated droids are visually damaged but not killed. As such, the game is not designed to exclude younger audiences.

However, our Site and online services — including analytics collection via GA4 and any purchase flows — are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA, or as otherwise required by local law), consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our Site.

Because 0MN1MATE uses a wallet-based access model rather than user accounts, we do not collect personal information from players during gameplay. The NFT Operator Permit is purchased by the wallet holder, who is the party of record for that transaction. Parents or guardians who purchase a Permit on behalf of a child retain control over access — the Permit connects through their wallet, and access can be granted or revoked at the wallet holder's discretion.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information through our Site or contact forms, please contact us immediately at hello@0mn1mate.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

11. Security

The Omnimate Company implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include HTTPS encryption across all subdomains, secure cloud hosting, and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and digital wallet.

12. Third-Party Links and Social Media

Our Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, and Discord. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Each platform operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. Our inclusion of these links does not imply endorsement of their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, effective upon posting unless otherwise specified. For material changes, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by posting a notice on our Site or notifying subscribed users via email.
